Violin bow made by a member of theTubbs family c. 1870. The frog and screw are by James Tubbs and not original to the bow. The bow is stamped ‘DODD’. For a period after the last Dodd maker had died, the Tubbs family had permission to use the stamp ‘DODD’. 
This is a wonderful bow and in excellent condition.
