Violin bow made by William D Watson. Watson worked for the famous “Hill” firm between 1945 and 1962. This bow comes from the period after he moved away and set up his own workshop. This bow was played by renowned violinist, Rachel Bremner. 
The stick is of pernambuco and is octagonal. The frog is of ebony and is mounted in silver. The tip is also silver mounted.
