VIOLIN | Edward Dickinson
Violin made by Edward Dickinson in London, 1756. This violin shows heavy Stainer influence. It has a fantastic “bear claw” one piece top and a nice one piece slab cut back.
This violin has a wonderful Tasmanian history. It was brought out to Tasmania in c. 1852 by Henry Langdon and has been in the family ever since. A rare opportunity to own a fantastic violin and special piece of history.
